These terms and conditions (Terms) apply to the “PD Pet giveaway” (Contest) in which participants are required to follow the instructions below, for a chance to win a gift prize worth $460.

A qualifying entry must:

• Participants must follow @pd.co.nz on Instagram.
• Like the giveaway post.
• Tag 3 friends in the comments of the giveaway post. 1 comment equals 1 entry.
• Share the giveaway to your Instagram story for an extra entry. In these Terms, ‘pd.co.nz’ means PD Insurance, Pacific International Insurance and all related group companies (also referred to as ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’).
  The Contest will run from 21st November 2023 20:00 to 28 November 2023 12:00. (Contest Period).
• This Contest is only applicable to people residing in New Zealand
• There will be one winner chosen from the @pd.co.nz Instagram page.
• The winner will be selected by means of a system generated random draw at 12:00 on 28 November 2023 in Auckland, New Zealand. The winner will be announced by 15:00 on 28 November 2023.
• The total value of the prize pool is $460 AUD, representing the following :
  A Treat Jar, Mutt Butter Treats, Wickets World Freeze Dried, Raw Meat Topper, Faithful Frank Soaps, Dog Bowl, Toys, Bone Basket and loads of fun PD Merchandise. Fur-Ever Bangle – Custom with Pet Photo OR a Fur-Ever Ring – Custom with Pet Photo, a Pet Paw Prints Keepsake Photo Frame, a Premium Leather Collar and matching Leather Leash and a Custom Pet Photo Phone Case.
• To claim their prize, the winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message (DM) so they
  may share their contact details (phone number, home address, and e-mail address).
• Fraudulent and duplicate entries will not be allowed and pd.co.nz reserves the right to disregard these entries.
• Pacific International Insurance employees and their respective immediate families are invited to participate, but are not eligible to enter to win this Contest.

By entering the Contest you are accepting the terms and conditions. If you are the lucky winner, you consent to pd.co.nz to publishing your name.

Should pd.co.nz be unable to contact the winner and/or should one of the winners fail to respond to communications sent to the contact details provided by them and/or fail to respond to the communication provided to them by pd.co.nz through Instagram Direct Message of the competition post within 5 hours from the date that they have been notified by pd.co.nz, pd.co.nz reserves the right to draw another winner, withdraw the prize completely or donate the prize to a registered charity of its choice. pd.co.nz reserves the right to ship the prize to the winner at our earliest convenience.

Any decision we make is final with respect to all matters relating to this Contest and no further correspondence or discussions will be entered into.

The prize is non-exchangeable, non-refundable, non-transferable, non-negotiable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
