This promotion is offered for an annual pet insurance policy by PD Insurance, a product of Pacific International Insurance Pty Ltd (“the Promoter”). Please note, no financial advice is provided as part of this promotion.
1. Eligibility
Open exclusively to new members who purchase an annual pet insurance policy directly from PD Insurance via M2M e-comms or through the Auckland Business Chamber app/website.
Participants must be residents of New Zealand, aged 18 or over, and active members of the M2M E-Comms / Auckland Business Chamber community.
Participants must not have been previously entered into a Prize Draw from this competition.
Renewing or existing policies not initiated via the promotional channels are excluded from this promotion.
Employees of PD Insurance and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate for this promotion.
2. Prize Draw Entry:
Automatic entry is granted upon reimbursement of the annual premium for policies purchased through the M2M e-comms / Auckland Business Chamber channel after the conclusion of the “cooling-off period” (14 days after policy inception, for details please see latest Policy Wording for details).
Entry is valid only for the individual named as the policyholder on the Certificate of Insurance.
3. Prize:
The prize awards a reimbursement of the ”Total Premium” as noted on the Entrant’s Certificate of Insurance for their annual policy with www.pd.co.nz up to a maximum of $1,000 NZD.
4. Draw Conditions
A minimum of 10 annual policies linked to the M2M e-comms / Auckland Business Chamber must be purchased each calendar month for the draw to occur.
If fewer than 10 policies are purchased in each month, the draw is postponed to the next month. Entries remain valid until the Entrant’s name has been entered in one prize draw.
The Prize does not stack if a draw does not occur in any given month. Only one Prize is drawn for each draw.
Only one entry per policyholder is permitted.
5. Draw Process:
The draw will be conducted at random.
One winner will be drawn from the pool of eligible entries.
The outcome of the draw is final and binding, with no correspondence to be entered.
Prize draws will be conducted in Auckland, (provided all draw conditions are met), on the first Monday following the third business day of the new month
6. Notification:
Winners will be notified within 7 calendar days of the draw via email or phone.
Winners must consent to the use of their names for promotional purposes.
If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, PD Insurance reserves the right to draw another winner using the same Draw Processcalendar days
7. General Conditions:
Participants must have no outstanding premiums at the time of the draw.
PD Insurance may request proof of eligibility.
PD Insurance reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion at its discretion, in line with legal and regulatory obligations.
This promotion is specifically for M2M e-comms / Auckland Business Chamber members and is not affiliated with any other entities.
8. Liability:
PD Insurance is not liable for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death that may occur as a result of participating in this promotion.
