Pet Obsessed Video Competition
Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions (Terms) apply to the Pet Obsessed Video Competition in which participants are required to submit a 2-5 minute video via Google Drive, Dropbox or another video transfer platform of their choice to the PD Insurance content team. In the video they are required to answer questions about them and their pets for a chance to win a Prezzy Card worth $200.
A qualifying entry must:
- Submit a video with useable footage and have signed our video use consent form.
In these Terms, ‘pd.co.nz’ means PD Insurance, pd.co.nz is a product of Pacific International Insurance Pty Ltd, NZBN 9429041356500, FSP394846 (also referred to as ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’).
The Competition will run from 10 December 2024 00:01 NZST to 28 February 2025 23:59 NZST. (Competition Period).
- This Competition is only applicable to people residing in New Zealand.
- There will be one winner chosen.
- The winner will be selected by the pd.co.nz team by 7 March 2025 and be contacted by the 8th of March 2025.
- The total value of the prize pool is $200 NZD, representing a $200 Prezzy card.
- To claim their prize, the winner will be contacted via their personal email address.
- The winner will be selected based on the effort they’ve put into their video and how useable their footage is in terms of quality and creativity.
- Pacific International Insurance employees and their respective immediate families are not eligible to enter to win this Competition.
- Animal safety and welfare must be considered at all times. If your video is deemed to be unsafe or harms an animal in any way, you will be immediately disqualified.
- pd.co.nz reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.
- pd.co.nz is not responsible for any technical issues, errors, or malfunctions related to creating or sending your video that may have hampered your ability to enter the Competition.
- pd.co.nz reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Competition at any time if the Competition is not able to be conducted as planned due to reasons beyond our control.
- This competition is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations of New Zealand.
- All videos sent to us via email or Dropbox may be used in our marketing materials. This includes, but is not limited to, usage in pd.co.nz blogs and on pd.co.nz social media channels to share and promote content.
- All entrants consent to us pd.co.nz using their footage and name in our video content.
- If you are the lucky winner, you consent to pd.co.nz to publishing your name.
- Should pd.co.nz be unable to contact the winner and/or should one of the winners fail to respond to communications sent to the contact details provided by them within 7 (seven) days from the date that they have been notified by pd.co.nz, pd.co.nz reserves the right to select another winner, withdraw the prize completely or donate the prize to a registered charity of its choice.
- Any decision we make is final with respect to all matters relating to this Competition and no further correspondence or discussions will be entered into.
- The prize is non-exchangeable, non-refundable, non-transferable, non-negotiable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Google Drive or Dropbox.
By entering the Competition, you are accepting the terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not enter.
