Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
- The prize draw is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 or over.
- Only one entry per completed survey per user.
- Only fully completed surveys qualify for entry.
- The competition will run from xx to xx 2026.
- Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of PD Insurance (a brand of Pacific International Insurance Pty Ltd, NZBN 9429041356500 | FSP394846) are not eligible.
2. How to enter
- To enter, participants must complete and submit the survey via the designated link.
- PD Insurance reserves the right to discontinue or modify this promotion at any time.
3. Prize details
- One winner will receive a $200 Prezzy Card.
- The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- If the prize becomes unavailable, PD Insurance may substitute it with another prize of equal value.
4. Winner selection & notification
- A random draw will be conducted by the PD Insurance team from all valid entries received.
- The draw will take place by the 5th working day of the following month.
- The winner will be notified via email or phone within five (5) working days.
- If the winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) working days, a new winner will be drawn by the PD Insurance team.
- If the redraw winner is also unresponsive, the process will continue until the prize is successfully claimed.
5. Feedback & publication
- Participant feedback may be published online at PD Insurance’s discretion.
- By entering, participants agree that their feedback may be used for marketing and promotional purposes, unless they request otherwise.
6. Privacy & data usage
- By entering, participants consent to their personal data being collected and used for content creation purposes, administering the draw, and PD Insurance marketing.
- All data will be handled in accordance with the PD Insurance Privacy Policy.
- Participants may opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time.
7. General terms
- By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
- PD Insurance reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the prize draw at any time.
- All participants agree to allow PD Insurance to use their feedback for content and marketing purposes.
- The promotion is subject to all applicable New Zealand laws.
- PD Insurance (including officers, employees, and agents) is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury related to the prize draw or acceptance of the prize, except as required by law.
