PD Pet Insurance Earns 2022 Canstar Most Satisfied Customers Award for Pet Insurance

PD Insurance would like to give a round of paws to everyone who voted us winner of Canstar’s 2022 Most Satisfied Customers – Pet Insurance Award. Being rated best pet insurance provider in NZ by Kiwi pet insurance customers and is a title we’ll honour by continuing to offer fast, accessible and quality pet insurance.

There’s a lot of merit to that old saying ‘the customer is always right’. Rightly so, because the customer is the only real reflection of the lived experience of any product or service.

Canstar stats on best pet insurance in NZ

After comparing PD Pet Insurance products and services with all others available in the local market, Canstar has named PD Pet as the top pet insurance provider in NZ.

PD is the only provider to have scored Canstar’s top 5-Star rating for Customer Satisfaction and the only pet insurance provider to score a full five stars in five out of six categories. This achievement also tops last year’s winner, which receive one 5-Star result only.

In the bid to identify the best pet insurance in NZ, Canstar collected data from hundreds of pet insurance customers. The market watcher asked participants how happy they are with their pet insurance. This was done by collecting data on overall satisfaction with insurance providers, but also specific policy aspects. Like value for money and claims turnaround time, for example.
